Just got myself a warn 8274 hi mount its an old one and i want to replace the motor with a 6hp unit , only thing is that my motor that came out has a keyed shaft and i recall the 6hp motors have a splined end so i will need a end gear also .
i would like to know where to get one of these motors and the gear from in sydney preferably .

any help would be greatly appreciated thanx .

You can buy a new splined drive gear from ARB or anyone like that as i had the same problem years ago.

I did the same as you, new splined 6hp motor onto an old keyed high mount.

Just needed a new pinion gear (about $50 if I remember)
