has anyone put a gq 4.2 gearbox in a 2.8 gu patrol? did you have to cut out the fire wall to fit it?

The gearbox will fit under the body without any modifications.
the gearbox will not fit a 2.8 engine.

the gear lever slot is to far forward on mine to use without cutting the floor. It is not the same dimensions as the 2.8 gbox or do i have something different its from a swb but that should not matter.
