courier wheel swap! sizes?

ive got some good wheels on a 94 mod 4wd single cab that i want to put on my 2001 dual cab 2wd! the ones on the dual cab are 14,s and the 94mod are 15,s, will the 15 inch ones fit my 2001 mod without scraping or any other dramas? thanks in advance guys!
