Boost Guage?

Post by monstapatrol »

Electric or Mechanical? Whats the benefit or even the difference between the 2, other than the obvious. Any suggestions on which way to go.

Mate go mechanical , eletrical ones rely on all the connections to be good otherwise the readings change also elec guages are a little delayed - if it was oil ide say electrical - only for the possibility of leaks and they are not legal !.

Also if its to go on a diesel. Then no need to have vac on it. As it will never go negative. VDO make a nice boost only gauge.
