Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Ok guys just need some info on weather this is feesable as id like stronger CWP's and 4.11's and would like to use toyo diffs insted of maxi for cost eficienty as i can get axles from the states at the moment at a verry good price to suite the toyo diffs in the rover housings ...

Which of the toyo line up is the best to use i was thinking using 80 series front and rear andmodding my stering to use series stuff so i dont have clearance issues with the pinion ...

Any advice would be great thanks guys ...

what axle's and how much, I could be keen depending on timing

80 series front is high pinion so you wont have clearance issues with the track rod, also you only need 1 front custom axle as a 60 series long side axle will fit with a hilux cv.

Was thinkin of using rovatrax axles from the us my bro got sum for his county and they use a modded toyo cv so id say that geting them with toyo diff splines wouldent be a issue and rears from the same mob shouldent be hard either ...

Just want to know if its guna be viable as i can do all the mod work in fitting the centers to the rangie housings if its only a matter of nocking out the studs filling the old holes and re drillimg to suite the toyo centers .....

Shakes thanks for the links mate theres sum reading in there fark but its all good i now have the drift of the toyo diff into rangie housing now im off to find some diffs and time to do some work to earn the funds to import the axles

Axles can be bought locally, use a hilux gasket as a template, some original holes can be used . When we did my mates we just tapped out the rover studs and drilled new holes and reused the studs by drilling out the holes in the center to suit, in hindsight maybe better to use toyo studs so then swapping centers is easier - jac mac make the axles.
