MQs break lots of CVs and dont have the strongest axles either.... maybe GU or GQ if on a budget.

$600 for longfields and its bolt in.
Bugger all $$$$ and getting a few holes redrilled and tapped to up grade to 10mm unbreako's
Both alot easier quicker and probably cheaper then changing diffs.
MQ diffs
No thanks, even GU diffs no thanks, theres way better then them around for the same dollars and a bucket load less work.

have 6 extra holes drilled in ur rear hubs and 6 xtra studs or bolts put in.
twice the strength held up on my v8 powered 75.
as for cv's get heat treated ones or just drive more gently.

i would question who is fitting your axles and cv's or who is building your diffs. they're not that weak if they're put together right.

OK, how do you figure that? 75 series CV's are quite small. 75 series rear axle studs let go.
No matter how well a diff is put together to factory spec there's every chance with larger tyres tha you'll break a CV.
MQ diffs will be narrower than 75 series, MQ steering is good, MQ axles not so good. As Guts said just buy Longfields and save yourself lots of work.

one of my mates has a 454 powered 75 series and takes care with his axle studs, he has no probs and has snapped axles but the studs are fine. i put 10mm unbrako's in mine, no probs what so ever and a very easy job.
cv's, well year they're not the strongest but i don't do any more than my mates with similar set up's to mine but on gq's. anyway longfields sort it anyway. too easy.

Mate i had prob 8cvs left after i sold my hilux in early 06, got a 75 locked it running 37s, did 6 cvs in as many months. Sometimes i thought i was driving conservatevly too.
Anyway a month back got the longfeild axles and hub gears, done about 8 hard trips, even drove the hills where i had done cvs, no problems anymore, they really will sort that problem.
As far as spacers flip the rims, got them done and now its like im running them anyway.
DONT go nissan.
