Out of curiosity then, wheres the VIN stamped on a 75 ute cab ? all i can come up with is a name plate on the firewall, im talking about the cab (body)not the chassis number here

thier should be to plates on the fire wall, one on the passengers and one on the drivers, i dont think thier is any numbers as such, well mine doesnt have any

Toyota do not stamp a number in the Cab of any of their cab chassie vehicles. You will occasionally find numbers stamped on some but they are referenced to nothing. The only number is the Vin Number on the Compliance plate and the Chassie.

i thought as much, wasn't sure if they had a hidden one somewhere inside something
