HOW TO CONNECT EXTRA FUEL TANK??

All, my 40 series has an extra fuel tank under the passenger seat. what is my best option to connect it up??
The filler for the extra tank is in cab and at the moment has duct tape over the top of it, its great for safety.
I havent used this tank since i bought the rig but im keen to get it sussed out for camping missions as the 2F loves the fuel like Hypo loves the cok. hehehe.
any tips on ways to connect the 2 tanks? or what to do in general?? I have no idea about these things so someone please help me out!
