Outer Limits 4x4 Board

I need to get a exhaust manifold that exits on the top for a TD 4.2 in a Nissan Patrol. I think there call a High mount manifold ?

Need it that way so I can put a inter cooler on.

Where can I get one ? Are the standard or do you need to get one fabbed up ?

Any help would be appreciated.

Racetech in Melbourne make pretty good top mount turbo manifolds for td42's for around 900 bucks .can get ceramic coated too for around 400 bucks t3 ,t2 flanges.
