Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Hi,

I know Nissan (and most of the motor oil websites) specify Dexron III or equivalent for the Patrols Transfer case.

Im just checking what other GU owners use - I am running a rockhopper gear set in the transfer case.

I was considering a GL5 spec oil such as Castrol Syntrax 75w/90.

i recon any 75 wieght good quallity oil would be fine i use penrite 75 gear oil in my gq transfer seems to be fine, i've also had to drain thicker gear oils out of em as some previous mech either didnt know or couldnt be bothered puttin the correct oil in, but the owners hadnt noticed any different
