In Australia yes. In the US its a very common and popular size. Remembering that their main market isnt Toyota's and Nissan's. Its Jeep's,Chevy's and Ford's.

15s are coming. I read a review in Petersons or Four Wheeler that said all the 15in and 16in sizes would be available late in 08.

at least they went with a 315/75x16 which lots seem to miss.
Edit:
BFGoodrich Mud Terrain KM2 LT315/75 R16[BFG 24970] $249.95
doesnt seem a bad price
round $275au?

Price I got is here, seems too cheap to me, compared to other 315's on the market

For some reason I feel they will be soft compound, eg not long wearing

Looks the goods... be interesting to see how much these retail for. As the 38s on a 17" rim appeal to me.
I hope Bogged is correct in his rough guestimation, but somehow I can't see these being under $300 in any size.
EDIT: pic deleted - bogged you beat me by a bees dick!

Hope their side walls are better than their M/T KO's....
After blowing six during the year of 2007 (all sidewall blow-outs), I wont be touching BF Goodrich again. And I'll tell this to anyone who'll listen. Their older muddie was way stronger and way better.

What did you replace them with and are they better off and on road plus more durable???? What size did you run?
Cheers

The BFG Mud-Terrain T/A KM2 light truck tire is designed for rock climbing and other rugged applications. Sizes will be rolled out in two phases, the first starting this September and the second starting in September 2008.
The tire contains BFG's Krawler TEK technology that consists of agressive sidewall lugs, cut- and chip-resistant sidewall compounds and sidewall cords "that are up to 33% stronger than the previous Mud-Terrain T/A KM tire. These advancements allow for more bite and sidewall protection, along with increased strength and resistance to bruising caused by rocks and rough trails."

I have heard all this hype about 33% stronger before. It is all theory until proven on the road or off road really. Another brand could be 200% less likely to get stuffed sidewalls.
MTR's are meant to be so strong in the side wall but it only took me a week to put a stick through a side wall.

I'd agree.. loved my old BFG's, I'd buy them again in a heartbeat.. didnt like the new ones (both were on the GQ), squirmed and felt crap on road compared..

I'm a bit surprised that they used a tyre with chunks taken out of some tread blocks.
