Hope you don't mind, but better off in here than PMrangiesport wrote:the short part that sticks out from the cv joint. It has completly snapped. Front wheel fell off completely. The long shaft part of the axle appears to be fine.
Are you selling these diffs? What do you know about them? How do you know what they are worth? I'd appreciate it if you did not discuss my price on the board please. He did not ask you what they were worth.cloughy wrote:Hope you don't mind, but better off in here than PMrangiesport wrote:the short part that sticks out from the cv joint. It has completly snapped. Well, If your desperate, they will fit in fine, complete, but I'd be haggling the fark out the price, I've got 24 spline Disco diffs complete, I'd take $400 for, for a good pair complete of 10 spline diffs, which I've got a few you could have for 4 slabs of Melbourne
Shame your not in Vic

So you have basically just stuck your nose in. Nobody asked what the value was, you took it upon yourself. Please, just mind your own business.cloughy wrote:I sell diffs, I know they're stock Rover diffs and your asking to muchBBM Rick wrote:Are you selling these diffs? What do you know about them? Look I did say haggle the fark out the price, I'm sure you'd probably move..... a fair bit I'd hope
But if the poor dude walked up with $500 you'd sell them to him, Sorry but I don't see how that's bad on my behalf
Ok we will start with the name bit "SHERWOOD" sounds classy must have gold plated diff bungs ....BBM Rick wrote:lokka wrote:There only rangie diffs shyte just cause they came from a sherwood dont mean shyte id only pay $250 for the pair max tho they would have to be in top condition to be worth that much cloughy was only stating the facts and hes right and it sounds like your trying to make money with a name like usual dont be such a tight ass
WTF??? I really dont get what your point is. For your info, they are in top condition, recently rebuilt throughout. How the hell am I trying to make money with a name? What name? Are you on drugs? What Im asking and what id sell for are two different things, so how do you know if im a tight arse or not? I guess opinions are like clits.......
Public forums Im ok with, critisism I cop all day every day, so no hassle there. In my opinion though, the price issue was not bought up for discussion by rangiesports, so I dont think it is anyone elses business. Thats all.lokka wrote:Ok we will start with the name bit "SHERWOOD" sounds classy must have gold plated diff bungs ....BBM Rick wrote:lokka wrote:There only rangie diffs shyte just cause they came from a sherwood dont mean shyte id only pay $250 for the pair max tho they would have to be in top condition to be worth that much cloughy was only stating the facts and hes right and it sounds like your trying to make money with a name like usual dont be such a tight ass

I sell suspension stuff and had people comment about it with the facts a bit wrong and yes it is annoying but I got over it and quickly, before I decided to post up.
I made corrections to the error in the post but I didn't flame someone for trying to help.
So please if somone thinks a price seems a bit rich let me know and quick.
