WHERE IS IT?.....is it on the left hand side of the 3b donk below the exhaust manifold? and what do i have to do?

Not too familiar with the 3b setup, but if you have a vacuum pump on the rear of the alternator - or a standalone pump - they will have an oil supply from the block, and a drain as well back to the block. The high pressure (engine oil pressure) oil line will be the smaller of the two, the drain will be larger and is usually low pressure. The local hose and fitting shop will have fittings to plumb in a T piece to supply the turbo, but the drain for the turbo may need to be plumbed directly to the sump - the turbo will need to be well drained with no restriction. You may be able to share the drain for the vacuum pump, but again depends on the setup and the hose/fitting volume. There are fittings that can screw straight into the sump without removing the sump, but you gotta be real careful about swarf. Not really a problem with the oil pump, as the pickup is screened, but the windage tray wont prevent oil slap on side angles or when climbing.

Having had a turbo'ed one I am surprised he didn't ask me.

You can tap the feed from the alternator or the pressure guage. Depending on the year model as to whats easier.

mine has an adapter that goes on where the oil filter screws in as has a hose going to the turbo and the other two going to vacum pump. and for my drain i weld a piece of pipe into the sump as the return has to be lower than turbo so gravity feed back
