Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Can anyone tell me whether I can fit a 275/70/16 on a 16x7JJ Rim?

If not, what is the largest size?

Recommended is an 8". Permitted is a 7-9".
Personally I don't like to put more than a 265 on the 7" rims.
