Outer Limits 4x4 Board

hey guys,
lookin at buying a 89 dual cab hilux for fairly cheap. Had a look at it today and it has alot of rust in and around the doors and the front guards. I s it worth chasing new doors and guards or is it best to stay clear of it??

Did you check the floor under the mat? What about around the back window? Thats a couple of stops that I've seen them rust.
