Turbine A/R Q

Im looking at the GT3582R to fit to my 1FZFE.
I am given 3 options of turbine A/R sizes of 0.68, 0.82, 1.06
My understanding is that a low A/R will allow the turbo to obtain boost at lower speeds / rpm but run out of puff sooner where as a high A/R takes longer to obtain boost but runs higher into the rev range.
A brief outline of the vehicle includes 35s, 4:56s. It isnt a big revver by any stretch and there isnt much after 4000rpm. @ 100kph it sits around 2650rpm. Future mods will include LR reduction gears.
My goal is to get the torque in as early as possible to get the weight
moving but still have enough left for good overtaking response in 4th and 5th etc.
So my question is what would be the best compomise in turbine A/R to get it singing from 1500/1800rpm > 4000+ rpm.
And unless you can raise a genuine reason why I should use another turbo all together...... please dont.
