HILUX/4RUNNER rear disc brakes

Ok, time to upgrade on the braking side of things. The 4runners brakes keep on filling with crud in mud, and generally aren`t up to the task. What i was wondering is if any one sells a kit to convert it to rear disc. If not does anyone have any ideas

I have falcon calipers and frontera rotors on my hilux, works well.

If i was a company selling this kit, i would not tell you what parts we used!!!!
Then every farker would be out there doing it on the cheap!
Just a price for the Kit will be fine and does it include a handbrake????

i dont really give a fark coz i bout 2 put some GQ axles under it which fortunatly 4 me allready has disk brakes
