I have a 100s landcruzier with the incar gps.
It wont let me enter info while driving Any way to get around this?

Easily fixed , stop the car , enter info and then drive .

yes it would be navara82 , as dx models don't come out with gps .

I have a Uniden GPS and it has a control function in the menu that will lock out the keypad while the vehicle is moving if you select it. It can be turned off, I imagine yours can too. Do you have a maual for it?

i have an eclips gps in my cruiser and i just pull the handbrake on 1 click just to bring the light on this tricks the gps into thinking the car is stoped the guy that had it before me had a bit of wire on the handbrake switch but pulled it out for rwc i dont know if this will work on yours but it does mine. the eclips i have is suppost to be the same as a sahara gps

this shits me. use gps on occasion for work trips. bloody thing plays up and tries to send you where it feels like going to, and wont let you program it when traveling more than 4kmh. will look into the software option next time
why can't they put in a rear mounted button, so you have to push button to program while moving. at least then a passenger can program while car is on the move. god these things give me the shits, getting annoyed just thinking of the f---ing american women's voice
