Seriously, I think your rig is one of the coolest looking Ferozas around Borisovich.

very nice looking unit, I have just taken my modded toyota running gear out of my FEZ & I am 1/2 way through instaling nissan GU patrol running gear, with 4.88 ratios,as I kept on breaking diff centers & CV's in serious compition work(combination of V6 with 37"tyres & toyota gear didnt play well together)

Made some an road and off road test.
On road handle is good. The car can easily go 90-100 km/h.
Off road - the rear axle articulation can be better. I thing it has not enough weight. I will put my battaries in the rear and make some additional fuel tank approx on 80 litres. Then the articulation should be fine.
Lo-range is not enough for 36". Will put 4.16 in t-case.

You can get lux ratios up to at least 5.7:1 - spares the transfer case if the division is done in the diffs.

If it isn't breaking a Feroza gearbox or Sierra transfer, then I wonder if its likely to be a problem ? Still I see your point with serious power - or more importantly torque.

Why not lower gears?
There are heaps of gears available for sierra trans case.
With that size tyres & lux diffs you could even run 6.5 gears in the trans case, nice & slow offroad & wouldn't lose too much top speed.
He already has a lower r&p - gears are cheap!
Check out some the zooks on lux diffs, they run similar setups.

I know about the t-case kits and will put a 4.16 in it.

Will that ratio gearing be that much better than the lobster?

Yep.
My current BabyLobster is Hi-1.58, Lo-2.51
4.16 is Hi-1.58, Lo-4.16
Much better in Low range.
