im a strong suzi supporter.... until it broke. so im in the market for a GQ now. a mate of mine races and his comp truck is turbo diesl. but he is working on another comp truck now which is petrol... but is getting $6000 worth of turbo bolted to it.
whats better?? petrols are easier to find but everyone says diesls are good.
any one got a GQ for sale by the way? wagon or ute, im easy

To me the question is auto or manual. If you want auto they are hard to find in diesel so you end up with the petrol. Get a turbo and I think you will be happy with the power.

This is the question that needs to be answered before any advice is offered. Both have their advantages and the answer will be dependant on what you want out of it.

well manual is a must. it will be daily driver for the first 9 months. working its way into the bush and then eventually comp truck.
but! this being said, i live on the gold coast in surfers paradise so its a good 45 min drive to any decent trails.
