Outer Limits 4x4 Board

hi i have just test drove a 88 gq swb 4.2d has 650.00 k on clock orig eng has has new clutch radiator and a few other bits drove fairly tight and still had more balls then my old pet gq swb which had 250000k on it
what should i look for ?????
it has no lift and runs 31s
what size lift to go for to run 33s and where to buy from??
also would like to turbo it any suggestions type or brand should i rebuild before turbo?
