Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Hey all.
Just looking for some ideas for putting two points (Negative&Positive) in the back off my ute. I want to put them through the back of the tub so I can hook my Spotlight up for when we go Shooting.
They would need able to have aligator clips hooked to them and need to be insulated from the tub.
