Any other mods? Lift, ratios? But it doesn't matter as the stock shafts aren't that strong anyway and if you damage them on rocks or like to drive full throttle bouncing around on rocks then something is going to give. The slip yoke on the end of the transfer case is a weak point also and limits how high you can lift (since it restricts you to the short rear factory length driveshaft) What I'm trying to say most people fix the weak rear driveshaft and weak rear slip yoke at the same time with a SYE and new longer stronger shaft.

Just strengthening the rear driveshaft and not doing a SYE would be mistake IMHO as the factory slip yoke would be more likely to go next and that can do a lot more damage.
