Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Hi Guys looking at getting my 3L in the Hilux rebuilt and these guys have a good price using quality parts.

Anyone had any experience with them?

yeah they quoted me 30000 to rebuild a 2.4L in my 4runner. seemed to know what he was talking about but didnt wanna hear anything i had to say. He didnt even look at it to tell me what was wrong with it, jus said it needs a rebuild. since then ive been told its my rear main seal that kaput hence me losing a litre of oil a day, Browns Plains brake and clutch are doing it tomorrow, will soon see if thats the problem. $350 compared to $3000, its worth a shot!

Mine deffinately needs doing it is just a matter of who is going to do it.

cheaper to get a half cut with new motor?? even convert it to v8

I like the turbo diesel and there is no guarantee that you aren't just buying something that will die in another 50,000Ks

very true. Brother n law got an sr5 cut turbo diesel from qld. been lucky no trouble(yet).
