where to go to get a sarfari turbo rebuilt

the turbos ripped the blades off and its lose
where in melbourne can it be rebuilt and for what dollors?

i got mine rebuilt and hiflowed at MTQ i'm assuming theres an MTQ in melb
be lookin around the $1200 mark
