it wont start grrr

im having trouble trying to get my 1.3 to start it been sitting for a few years and im not sure of the firing order its a g13a or if anyones got some other suggestions please

Change oil and the firing order is 1,3,4,2. use a good battery and all should be sweet[ ps a bit of aero,start will help] spray down the carb
