mf crunching 3rd in 4h

hay guys does anyone no what could be the cause of my mf ute to be crunching 2nd - 3rd gear in 4h but not in 2h of 4L?

try double clutching it, maybe the syncros are slightly worn.
at a guess its doing it on hard pack and not in mud, etc. perhaps driveline wind up is the cause
