ive painstakedly pulled apart (twice now) my front diff looking for a horrid
knock in my rhs cv cant find any scores marks cracks in any parts pls can anyone shed some light???

If your talking about the birf have you cleaned the grease out of it and looked at the star. If the star is cracked it can make a pop sound.
