Have a stock standard 93 lux dual cab with leaf front.
I want to run 33's and get max flex out of the susspension.
I do not want to run extended or drop shackles and I do not want to weld on components.
What do I need to do?
Please can someone give us a shopping list of the items I need.

From what i can gather you will need:
2 inch Suspension lift
2 inch body lift
You will need longer brake lines and some new/longer shocks.
tried searching?

Yes tried a search. I think more can be done to get more flex. Fitting 33's is the easy part with the mods you mentioned.
Don't know which way to go or how to achive max flex. I read all the RUF and Xover steer but don't know what's involved.
I just need a shopping list.

some components of xover steering are weld on ie, ifs steering box.

shoot lux_89 a pm w/ ur questions, hes done ruf with standard hangers and he has the front flexing nicely.

flex wont get you everywhere, look into getting lockers.

I thought you could do the box with a bolt on mount. I got air lockers for it and a few other goodies.
I get a little lost in reading other threads it's almost like you only get part of the story.
I do need a shopping list.

problem with a suspension lift is with the new spring you will probably loose flex because the springs will have more of an arch in them. if you want flex you want to keep the long flat springs that the hilux has, maybe remove a leaf to make them softer. extended shackles or putting boxes under your spring/shackle mounts to make them taller would be best bet for a "suspension lift" drop shackles would be worth considering tho....

You can, people just weld because its easier, particularly when the body is still on the chassis. My fathers is a bolt on setup using a large H shapped mounting, with countersunk bolts holding it onto the chassis, and countersunk bolts holding the box onto the mounting. Its worth noting the torque rod bracket on the chassis has to come off though.

hey muddylux, get some 2 inch lifted parabolics up front, they give heaps of flex and provide a better ride.

Std springs. Can't do RUF without putting extended shackels on tried it on a mates and when the springs still have a slight arc in them the shackle hit's the chassis. Chriss runs stock springs with leafs removed only thing that cost him anything was the shocks and had to make some extended bumpstops so the shocks would last as they will bottom out before it hit the std bumpstops want to know more have a read here and plenty of pic's
