Diagnosis on G16B vit efi engine

Still doing checks to get my Drover running again.
I have downloaded the wiring diagrams & the diagnosis check.
I have got the plug that I need near the battery, but my plug is a 5 pin plug (same as in the wiring diagram) yet the plug on the diagram in the diagnosis is only a 4 pin.
I know which pin is the earth & which goes to the computer & also linked to the engine check light. Just need to make sure I do earth this wire as I don't want to destroy the computer by linking the wrong wire to an earth (if it is possible).
