GU Rear scrubbing

G'day, Just thought I'd ask some alternatives... Got a 4 inch lift with 33's, found I'm getting major scrubbing on the inside of the left and right rear wheel arches.
Mates said only way to avoid that is a bigger offset rim or a (crappy - not a fan) body lift.
Anyone got any other ideas?

strange ... I have 5" dobinson (sits at about 4 1/4 now) and 35"x12.5x16 Cooper STT's. No Issues with scrubbing except when FULLY flexed up at back with a load on. I would assume the rims you are running do not have the correct offset. Or .... if it is only rubbing on one side maybe the track isn't centred if you have adjustable arms

dont know if they are the same but on gq i run a 5" lift and 35s. they used to scrub but i put a 1 1/2" spacer between the orig rear bump stops and the chassis. they just unbolt on a gq. now it only just scrubs occasionally on 36"s.

similar to roverrat, 4" lift and 35's on alloys and another set of 35 on custom offset beadlocks and neither rub at all on the rear. try ajustable panhard if not already running one then perhaps look ar rim offset....

i run cruiser off set sunny's, and 35's, with a 6" lift, it rubs when fully flexed, enough to take the paint off, and polish the steel, i just spray it when i get home and its all sweet,

they all do it. if it worries you that much you need to extend your bump stops but really just do what ozy said. it ain't doing any damage

if a cop wants to be nasty, they can nab you for rubbing tires, and thats evidence of it.
I had 6+in and 33's and it still rubbed like your talkin about.
Either bump stops, body lift or rims should cure it.
