How big is the file?
Try 
www.megaupload.com ... it's not as nice as photobucket but it will do the job with any file type, including pdf. 
Or, if the file is not too big I could put it up somewhere if you want to email it to me.
Also 
http://www.rapidshare.com/ but I've never used it.
