Is it possable to run GQ cvs and front axels in a GU housing with a GQ center? Do they fit?

GU CV is longer, the centres are the same in GQ and GU. GU have larger swivel balls and stuff associated

I know the GQ cv is smaller, but will it still fit into the GU housing and eveything work correctly?

Thanks for that. Have GQ cvs, was just wondering if it was worth considering them as spares.

what i meant was that the GU diff gets its extra length from the outer of the diff. the axle is the same width but the CV is longer from bell to stub end.
