I'm starting a new Feroza project this week.

The plan so far is:

1991 Feroza,
Truck cab conversion,
Exo cage,
Rear rad,
Toyota Landcruiser Prado Axles,
Volvo Turbo Engine and Gearbox,
Suzuki transfer box with 'Rock Lobster' conversion.

I have 2 tyre choices as both are sat in the workshop. 33x12.50x16 Baja Claws or 37x12.50x16 Maxxis Creepy Crawlers. I'm tempted to go with the crawlers, but the Baja Claws might be a more practical size and may save me having to do a twin transfer conversion in an attempt to get the gearing correct???

On the suspension front, I will be fitting coils and long travel Pro-comp shocks. I'd like to do front and rear '1 links' with panhard rods, but a Radius arm conversion might be easier and more stable at speed???

As I get on with the conversion, I'll update this thread with pictures and details of whatI have done.

a lot of this sounds a bit day-jar-voo'ish to me!!
I nearly have the GU patrol running gear instaled,, wheel track now sits a tad wider.. ok theres 11&1/2 inches of tyre out past the guard,,,might have to do somtheng about that before she go's back on the road!!!
with the rear radiator I used a ford falcon AU radiator & factory shroud/thermo-fan setup,,works a treat & mucho cheapo $$$$$$
