Outer Limits 4x4 Board

I have the piranha dual battry setup and been having a few issues would someone be able to tell me what the different colour LED's. Mean like

There is
Green
orange flashing
Orange on constant

What do they all mean??

Just call Piranha. They are pretty helpful with that kind of stuff. They will just give you an answer over the phone...
