Just a quick few queastion about ARB air compressors!
1. Dose anyone know how many cubic feet of air they pump per/min?
2. Whats there current draw?
3. Whats the Highest cubic foot per/min electric compressor on the
market? Price?

Your best option would be an engine driven set up. you could then use it for anything, ie tyres, diff locks, air tools etc.
I know you asked about electric but how much air do you want?
I want good flow per/min because im thinkig of using the compressed air to preasureise a jerry can, forcing the water out a hose and shower head to make a cheap reliable bush shower. I want electric as my vehicle will be leased and i cant stuff around under the bonnet.

Thought about trying this out myself (have easy access to 20lt plastic drums). I would have thought a cheap and nasty compressor would pump enought air for this purpose. Just on installing make sue you design some sort of pressure relief into the system.
Now you have me thinking again might grab some drums when in melb and see if I can make this work.

have to agree here, why go to all the trouble just for a shower when u can prob hook up a 12 v pump much easier, more reliable and trouble free.. save the compresser for the diff locks and tires...

Sass 12 volt shower unit $24 - $28 mark from Dick Smith Electronics and camping shops. Comes with pump, power lead, adjustable shower head All you need except a bucket of hot water
If you use Jerry Cans for carrying extra fuel, you can do the same thing for transferring fuel, instead of lifting the can. Modify a lid with a tube that extends to the bottom of the can, and a tubeless valve as well. Clip the lid to the Jerry. Add hose from top of tube to fuel filler on 4wd. Attach air line to valve and start compressor. Jerry will pressurise and fuel will transfer without lifting Jerry Can. A bit fiddly to set up, but magic once done.
