Outer Limits 4x4 Board

can anyone tell me how hard and how to take out winow motor drivers side door landcruiser 80 series

I did it the other week on a mates 80 & without any prior knowledge or instructions and it all seemed strait foward using only a 10mm socket and a phillips screwdriver.

Easy for most....you need to undo the track on the bottom of the window...
