some advise

Hi all just wondering im thinking of buying a 93 disco its 3.5lt v8 as u all know and its a stocky just wondering the good and bad points of this does it cost alot to lift it how reliable r they what shell i look for when i go take a look at it currently have a 89 pajero and im over IFS now i want solid for more flex ofcourse how capable r they etc etc.

Ours is a '95 Disco. No experience with the V8 (have 300TDI), but we're really happy with the car itself.

Get an 84 rangie much beta and more room inside and the axles in tha 93 disco will still be the same as the rangie the good ol 10 spline crap ....
The disco will shyte all over the others for out of the box flex so will the rangie and yep there repairable allright you just need to be good with the tools as mecs charge like wounded bulls to fix em ....
If i were u id look round for an older rangie say 84 or maby 85 stay away from the injected ones find one that has upgraded diffs and axles allready and maby LPG or get it converted they run great on gas ....
In my opinion a d1 is a pi55 poor try at makin a beta rangie and they failed
