Outer Limits 4x4 Board

hello again new problem this time...
i turn the key off and my 12ht keeps running, when i lifted up the bonnet and closed the shut off valve i could hear a vacuum noise so i snooped around and the valve on the back of the crossover pipe was cracked ( a vacuum line goes onto the valve) and the brittle part broke off... could this be my problem and what is this part called

Not to sure with the 12ht but the 13bt uses a vacuum solinoid to shut off the air intake to kill the engine. Fix your vacuum leak andyour stoppong issues will most likely disappear.
