I think it is the water pump on my GQTD42 hasshit it self.
As it is leaking just behind the fan hub thing and i can move the fan up and down alittle like a bearing has craped itself. Now this would be the water pump correct.
So does anyone know where a good place in melb would be to get one of these????

Not happy at all.

My water pump did the same thing 6 weeks ago... The shaft sheared.
New water oump from REPCO for $ 180... I got a discount though. Takes about 2hours to remove and refit.

You got reamed, simple as that. They are 120 bucks genuine from Nissan. Piece of cake to change.

Well Tried don kyatt, none in vic all on back order but they want $155. Gotta go back to Bendigo, via work tonight. So wil try Nissan and Repco, at that price I dont think I will go second hand at those prices.
Thanks for assistance.
As for knowing it is the water pump. How I found it was filling up window washer thing, while car was running and noticed that there was water being sprayed on to the top pipe of thermo houseing. So stopped car and there is movment in the whole fan hub bit. It also is making a dodgy bearing noise (mind you hard to pick with an old nissan as there is creaks and grinds from alot of it).
