MQ Patrol 4 speed to 5 speed

Hi, does anyone know if a 5 speed gearbox can be fitteed to an 1985 manual diesel mq?Also what type of gearbox would i need?One from a gq?Thanks

I never had any problems with the 4 speed box in 180,000 km and have had none with the 5 speed either. I have seen some reports of the 5th gear (overdrive) giving problems with heavy towing.
