need some help changing the timing belt on my paj.
i got the book but i lent it to a mate so im stuck for a few days.
i got the radiator out, loosened all the belts etc..
undone the large nut (19mm) and the 4 nuts (12mm) on the bottom pulley but it doesnt come off..
is there a way to do it?
ive pulled everything apart that i can see but cant figure out how to go any further..
any help greatly apreciated

can i let you in on something NOT to do... don't cheap out and not bother with a bolt-on puller. I screwed bolts through the thread holes in the pulley so as to push it off the shaft via the cog behind... this snapped off a part of the cog... big trouble. i was not able to get the cog off to replace it :( if anyone knows how to get the bottom crank cog off, please let me know.
buy a bolt-on puller and bolt it into the threads then drive centre bolt of puller onto the half threaded in main pulley bolt.
