I have an ARB non winch bar but it's possibly the same in this area. On the two vertical posts in the centre there is two holes per post, you can bolt one of the common recovery hooks on there.

This is what I have on my winch bar, But after seeing a few bend (Not break) I welded some 5mm steel plate to the nut side of the plate to beef up the strength. Have done many snatches with this set up with no problems..

UnfortuneatleyThey aren't approved recovery points. There was a pic on a 4x4 forum very recently where the hole broke open and smashed the guys rear window, can't remember which forum

Are you sure your thinking of the same 2 holes per side? I know the lower holes on the front are just for transport and break easily.[/quote]

Are you talkin bout the loops on the bottum of the bar, or the recovery hook position on the plate upright on the bar?

Sorry, I was talking about the loops on the bottom of the bar, not the plate section.
