i think most Asins off a solid axel will fit, IFS wont. All 60 series 75 series troopy, utes etc will bolt straight on. I think a solid axel hilux hub will fit. If you have them laying around whack one on and see.

I wa playing with a set of Hilux Aisin's on my full time 4x4 GXL 80. Yes they fit but the circlip in the hub is in the wrong spot on the axel giving about 5 - 6mm float to the axel inwards to the diff centre.
I was going to slice a piece of spline as a spacer off a set of fixed hubs but never got round to it.

I believe the common fix for this is to run a second circlip inside the standard one. This is what I remember from when i was researching it.

The Marks part time kit came with 2 spacers that sat over the cv spline, in between the circlip holding the cv out

I've been told by a machanic that the factory part time 80's have a shorter spline than the all wheel drives (They learnt the hard way apparently)

Thats right. The extra circlip doesnt take up the whole lot of the slack, but enough, and it works ok.
If you use more, the FWH has clearance issues, you can run extra gaskets under the FWH to space it out further, or make your own gasket from thicker material.
