re-drilling Zorst studs on n/a 2.4d

hello boys and girls. just a quick question about re-drilling holes for a hi-mount turbo manifold on a 2.4 n/a motors?
what i would like to know is how hard it is or whats the easiest way to do it ?
and any pictures or info appreciated
