Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Hi, in my country we have LHD trucks and I am gonna order a complete turbo back 3" exhaust system from Beaudessert, are there any difference between LHD and RHD trucks exhaust system wise `

Anyone here have it on , happy with it?? And what about the sound, too loud or......?
