Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Just bolted on a borrowed SAAS old school wheel to my Lux however the Boss kit on it doesnt cancel the indicator. Have I put it on wrong or is this the way they work.

Its an 89 LN111 extra cab. I am wondering if I got another Boss wether it would work?

Off the top of your head.. can you remember what the boss kit was?

Was it an Autotechnica, and do you have the part number?
