Got some questions about doing up a leaf sprung Sierra.

Main question is about SPOA and if it is legal in Queensland, I'm gonna guess that with our rules here its not lol. Anyone able to clarify?

Also the 1.6 L corolla engine conversion, is anyone able to give a brief description of what is required in the conversion process and a rough estimate of the costing involved?
