Hi all, I currently have a Suzuki Jimny, and tryin to find after market parts for it, but ill be buggered if i can find any decent sites with a wide ranges of parts thats in Aus.
Any one know of any good sites with a large range of bits to suit Jimny's, specifically atm I'm looking for a 1" body lift kit, reduction gears, some sort of pre made tube bars??
Any help would be great!
Cheers, Pete.
P.S. Why don't we have a Jimny bible?!?!

Other than that you could try the locktup4x4international link in my signiture as they have always been able to order stuff in for me that they didn't stock and are excellent to deal with.

Except the Jimny was never sold in the US so there's nothing available in the US specifically for them.
Reduction "gears" don't really exist as we know them for Sierras. There are two sources, TrialJimny (I think he's in Belgium, or Germany, or something) and APIO (Japan) One kit changes the chain and sprockets to lower your total gearing by about 25%. The other kit is a replacement planetary set. This lowers only low range about 80%
Both kits can be combined.
There's no source for these parts in Australia. Generally, the cost of both of these kits is more than buying a sierra transfer case and swapping that in. There are all inclusive swap kits available to do this (which resolves the speedo drive etc) in Europe, but it can be done yourself.
Bars? It's going to ARB or custom I'm afraid.
1" BL? Maybe PM justcruizin' but 2" is a lot easier to resolve. It might be possible to get 1" out of the stock body studs so no "kit" might be required. I'd question how much extra tyre room 1" will give you in a jimny though - I think i'd just put 1" on the bumpstops if that's all you needed.
Just some thoughts.
Steve.

I do know of some trail jimny gears for sale. From melbourne second hand.
http://www.geocities.com/trialjimny/ PM me if your insterested and I will get you in touch with the 3rd party. For the bar I chopped down a arb one. Took the top rail off and cut large holes all round to lighten it up.
A 1 inch body lift is not worth the time. There are a few oz companies doing springs.

Thanks for the replies fellas!
Ive had a look around on Jimny.se, but its a pretty quite forum, with not that many active members! :(
As for the sliders, i think i will get some thing custom made up for me, similar to this:
If any one in Darwin can make them for me, or any one down south, and make them bolt on or some thing, please, let me know, as i dont have the time, equipment, or knowledge to make any :(
Cheers, Pete.
