Hey guys i have a GQ which is duel fuel atm with the gas in place of the old tank and the long range under. Problem is the long range leaks would a GU sub tank fit up under in it place as a primary tank?

No - floorpan is the wrong shape - tried it.
Better to source an auxillary tank from the wreckers - they're about 70 litres

Where's the long ranger leaking from? Can you just get it welded back up? Just remember to drain and dry the thing first though

From the front of tank bit of a pain of a spot behind a bracket... cant find anyone who will touch a used fuel tank at this stage so thought it might be easier/cheaper to find another one

Where are you located? I've had Brown Davis repair a tank for me recently. It is costly to freight used tanks though as they have to be properly cleaned, sealed up & then wrapped before shipping.
